A MAN has been ordered to pay compensation for smashing a window in Winchester.
Jack Brambleby, 30, of no fixed abode, admitted the charge committed on August 23 on property owned by Peng Chun Low.
District judge Tim Pattinson at Basingstoke Magistrates Court ordered Brambleby to pay £100 compensation. There was no order for costs.
