A WINCHESTER man has been disqualified for drink driving.
Waisake Raderva, 25, of Riley Road, Worthy Down, was stopped on Morris Road, Farnborough on August 1, a court heard.
When tested his alcohol reading was 78 in 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35. He admitted the charge when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
A charge of being in charge of a vehicle when over the alcohol limit was withdrawn.
Magistrates banned him from driving for 18 months and fined him £323 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs. The ban will be cut by 18 weeks if he passes a course by August 15 2022.
