Man who has 'flagrant disregard for court orders' is jailed
A WINCHESTER man has been jailed for not complying with court orders.
Jordan Bell, 23, of Durngate Place, admitted failing to attend appointments with the probation service on June 22, July 2 and July 20.
Magistrates in Basingstoke sent him to prison for 14 days, saying he had a "flagrant disregard for court orders".
