Stephen Wilson has been charged with possessing a knife on Winchester High Street
A WINCHESTER man has been charged with possessing a knife on Winchester High Street yesterday (Tuesday).
Stephen Wilson, of Sussex Street, was found with the blade by a City Ranger just before 1pm.
Police were called to the incident and Wilson was arrested. He has since been charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
The 32-year-old is due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates Court on August 12.
