ANTHONY MARTIN PERRYMAN, 40, of HMP Lewes. Found guilty of assaulting an emergency worker by beating. Remanded on unconditional bail. Sentencing adjourned for a live-link hearing.

JONATHAN MCDONAGH, 24, of Testwood Crescent, Totton. Convicted of assault by beating. Community order made for two years to include 42 sessions on a building better relationships programme. Must complete 15 rehabilitation activity days. Fined £742. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £105 court costs.

JAMES MARLAND, 37, of Cranbury Avenue, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order. Community order varied to include 15 rehabilitation days. Fined £50.

DARREN WILSHAW, 45, of no fixed address. Pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drugs, without insurance or a licence. Remanded on bail. Sentencing adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

ISSAC BANTON, 23, of Byegrove Road, London. Pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress. Remanded on unconditional bail. Sentencing adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

JORDAN LEWIS CARSON, 20, of Cornwall Road, Southampton. Admitted breaching the a suspended sentence order by failing to attend planned office appointments. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

CONNOR STUART ANDERSON, 24, of The Polygon, Southampton. Admitted breaching the requirements of a community order on two occasions by failing to attend an office appointment and alcohol treatment session. Remanded on unconditional bail. Sentencing adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.

FREDERICK ANTHONY FOSTER, 33, of no fixed address. Admitted breaching post sentence supervision requirements on two occasions. Fined £40 and ordered to pay £60 court costs.

PAUL ANDREW FOREMAN, 30, of Orchard Lane, Southampton. Admitted breaching post sentence supervision requirements by failing to attend planned appointments. Made the subject of a 40 day electronically monitored curfew each day between 9pm and 7am. Ordered to pay £60 court costs.

GEORGE CHRISTOPHER HUGHES, 48, of Burnt House Lane, Bransgore. Found guilty of failing to stop for a police constable, driving without insurance, otherwise in accordance with a licence and without due care and attention. Also, found guilty of two counts of criminal damage. Remanded on bail. Sentencing adjourned for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. Subject to an electronically monitored curfew between 3pm and 10am each day until sentencing.
