Planning officers used their delegated powers to deny permission.

Mr and Ms Farr can erect a single storey rear extension, two storey side extension, a double garage and first floor homes office at Pavey Ark, Edneys Lane.

A new boundary wall, railings and gates to the existing north and east boundaries of Shirral House, Church Road, will be erected thanks to Mr and Mrs Ahmed's application.
