A MAN with a poor criminal record has been jailed by magistrates.
Adam Marc Maskell, 42, of no fixed abode, admitted public order offences in Winchester city centre on July 5, a court heard.
Maskell admitted criminal damage at Greggs on the High Street, assaulting Surinder Pal Singh, obstructing the High Street and theft from Sainsburys on Middle Brook Street.
Magistrates in Basingstoke jailed him for four weeks saying he had a "blatant disregard for people and their property." They ordered he pay £50 compensation to Mr Singh
