AN offender has been jailed for an attack in Winchester.
Kell Phra-Bang Andrews, 41, of Christchurch Road, assaulted PCSO Robert Window on May 22 and stole items valued at £150 from Boots. He initially denied the charges but changed his plea.
Magistrates in Basingstoke jailed Andrews for 10 weeks and ordered he pay £150 compensation to Boots. A charge of threatening behaviour against PCSO Window was dropped.
