A MAN was found with Class A and Class B drugs after being stopped in Winchester.
Police investigating offences in the city have charged a man from Southampton.
Dimitrios Karageorgiou, 31, of Southampton Street, was subject to a proactive search on Victoria Road, Winchester, at around 12am on July 17.
A bag containing suspected Class A and Class B drugs, and cash, were found in a black Volkswagen Eos.
Karageorgiou is due to appear before Basingstoke Magistrates Court on 3 August.
