WINCHESTER City Council planning officers have gone another week without laying down the law.

Every application has been approved once again.

Jonathan Swanston has permission to erect a single storey rear extension at 2 St Faiths Road, Winchester. Mary Nicholson can build the same next door at 3 St Faiths Road.

A2Dominion Housing Group can replace the timber framed windows and doors with PVCu double glazed windows and doors at its property The Conservatory in Old Station Approach.

At 105 Bereweeke Avenue, Mr and Mrs Lomas can demolish their garage, conservatory and ground floor lean-too extension and replace them with a ground floor rear extension, two storey side extension and dormer window.

William Octavia and Clementine Gray can erect a single storey side extension at 57 Western Road.

Mr and Mrs Grattan-Kane can have multiple single storey extensions at 131 Greenhill Road.

Shane Phillips can have a single storey extension to the north, west and south elevations of Old Court in Park Road, as well as relocate the driveway and re-orientation of the dwelling.

At 50 Parchment Street Mr and Mrs Cole can demolish part of a garden wall to facilitate the construction of a single storey extension.

Mr and Mrs Rinaldo at 26 Elm Road can extend their loft.

Mr and Mrs Walker can similarly extend an existing loft conversion with an additional side-facing, slate clad rear dormers at 22 Brassey Road.

At 3 Edgar Road, Jessica Dunford can replace the existing rear extension.

Down in Bishop's Waltham Mr Hayes is allowed to convert the upper floor of The Old Granary, Banks Bar and Bistro, into four flats.

Mr and Mrs Story in North House, St Peters Street can convert the existing garage to form a home office ancillary.

Over in Denmead Mr and Mrs Fallon can extend 44 Ashling Gardens.

Gemma Clements can erect a wooden field shelter, to be used by family owned ponies on land off Uplands Road.

Mr Andrews can erect a two storey rear extension at 31 The Meadow in Denmead.

At Guelder Cottage, Uplands Road, Damien Holden can install a Velux window in the existing bathroom.

Mr Green can extend the ground floor of East Point, Thompsons Lane.

Over in Hursley, Brian Cheater can repair and widen the rear door of The Cottage, 76B Collins Lane.
