A TWYFORD woman has been spared a driving ban after a speeding offence.
Hayley Louise Scott, 43, of Waterhouse Close, was spared a totting up disqualification because of the impact on others.
Magistrates in Basingstoke heard it would affect her work and also the people and children she cares for.
The court was told Scott was caught driving a 07-reg Ford Focus at 46mph on the A272 at Cheriton where the limit is 30mph on September 4 last year.
She admitted the charge under the single justice procedure.
Magistrates imposed six penalty points, a fine of £169 as well as a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
