A SOUTHAMPTON drug driver caught in Winchester has been disqualified for a year.
Lincoln Edward Davie, 25, of Victoria Road, Woolston, was stopped and tested by the police on St James Lane on December 2, a court was told.
The reading for cannabis was 3.8ugl when the legal limit is 2ug/l. Davie was at court to plead guilty.
Magistrates in Basingstoke banned him for a year, fined him £200 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
