Man on M3 caught speeding, drug driving, disqualified and without insurance
A MOTORIST has been banned for speeding, drug driving, driving whilst disqualified and without insurance.
Adil Sarwar, 27, was caught by the police on the M3 at Micheldever on January 11 this year whilst driving a 07-reg silver VW Golf, a court heard.
He was clocked driving at 91mph over 1.2 miles by the police and had a cannabis level of 2.2ug/l when the legal limit is 2ug/l.
Sarwar, of Ealing Close, Monkton, Milton Keynes, admitted the offences.
Magistrates in Basingstoke disqualified him from driving for three years and imposed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days with 200 hours unpaid work, a £66 fine, a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
