A WINCHESTER man has admitted drug driving but denied driving without due care and attention.
Kenneth William Junior LeComber, 33, of Trussell Crescent, Weeke, was stopped by police officers on Fromond Road in Weeke on December 20 last year, whilst he was in a 14-reg Ford Focus, a court heard.
LeComber was tested and recorded a positive test for a cocaine breakdown compound, or 106ug in one litre of blood when the legal limit is 50ug/l.
He admitted the drug driving but denied careless driving.
Magistrates in Basingstoke remanded him on unconditional bail for the trial at Aldershot Magistrates Court on November 24. He received an interim disqualification for drug driving.
