Man banned for drug driving in Winchester
A DRUG driver in Winchester has been banned for 12 months.
Kieran Philip Rutter, 24, was driving a 52-reg car on Jewry Street in Winchester on December 11 last year when he was stopped by the police.
His level of cannabis was 7.0ug/l when the legal limit is 2ug/l.
Rutter, of Coates Road, Hightown, Southampton, was banned from the road for 12 months and fined £320 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
