l CBD Festivals Ltd gives notice under the Licensing Act 2003 that it is its intention to apply to Winchester City Council in the county of Hampshire for the grant of a premises licence certificate to use or permit the use of premises known as Vicarage Farm Park, Woodmancott Lane, Woodmancott, Winchester, SO21 3BL for the following licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on, on or from the premises: the supply of film, alcohol, live and recorded music and performances of dance.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the grant should send to The Head of Environmental Health, Council Offices in Colebrook Street, Winchester, SO23 9LJ, no later than May 17 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.winchester.gov.uk/licences It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is currently £5000 [level 5].

l Notice of application for the grant of a premises licence by Rare Old Whisky Store.com. It has applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003, as follows: 101 Winchester Road, Chandler's Ford, SO53 2GG. The application is for a premises licence for the following licensable activities: The sale by retail of alcohol (Internet Sales only). The relevant licensing authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, and the statutory register may be inspected at Eastleigh House, Upper Market Street, Eastleigh SO50 9YN or Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY between 09:00 and 12:00 or between 14:00 and 16:00, Mondays to Fridays, or on the internet at www.eastleigh.gov.uk/licensing.

l Draft Braishfield Revised Village Design Statement. A revised Village Design Statement (VDS) to provide updated design guidance for the parish has been prepared. If and when this document is adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) by Test Valley Borough Council, it will form part of the Local Development Frameworks (LDF) for that area. The LDF forms the basis for decisions on land-use planning affecting that area. A version of the draft VDS is available for public inspection on the Council's website at https://www.testvalley.gov.uk/planning-and-building/planningpolicy/village-design-statements
