CHARITY cyclist Jane Hough will be pedalling across England this summer to raise money for Christian Aid Week.
Jane, of Ruffield Close, Weeke, told supporters that she will be setting out in June on a two-week trip: "I hope to raise a good sum for Christian Aid this year....a difficult year for many here in England but even more so for some others in developing countries. Christian Aid reaches out to all.
"I plan to explore some of our beautiful English countryside and villages insofar as the Covid rules allow.
"All being well I shall cycle from home and make a circular route to Derbyshire returning via the Welsh Borders. I shall take time to relish and give thanks for our beautiful country."
In the past Jane, a retired nurse, has usually headed abroad.
