A WINCHESTER man has been fined for threatening behaviour.
David James Thorne, 39, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, admitted the charge that happened on April 4, when he appeared at Basingstoke Magistrates' Court.
Thorne was fined £120 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs, to be deducted from his benefits.
