In Curdridge, Derek Kettle is now allowed to erect a side extension to provide new bedrooms on the ground and first floors at Willowpool, Lockhams Road.

SLA Property Company has been given the green light to build a new dwelling adjacent to Linden Lea in Uplands Road.

An applicant listed only as Mr Mullineaux can now construct two new dwellings at Linden Lea after demolishing of the existing dwelling and outbuildings.

Gary Anderson has permission to erect a single storey rear extension and a first floor side extension above an existing garage at 18 Great Mead.

Steve Taylor can now erect a two storey front extension with a new porch at 46 Little Corner, Denmead.

In Otterbourne, Paul Topley and Amber Read will demolish a single storey extension and construct a new one, as well as replace the render on the south west elevation of Otterbourne Manor in Kiln Lane.

South Wonston property owners Mr and Mrs Worrall have been given permission to erect a first floor rear extension, add Velux windows to the front roof extension and replace a side window at Newlands, 107 Downs Road.

Mr and Mrs Taylor have permission to erect a side extension over an existing garage at Down House, Westview Road in Sparsholt.

Ben Reid has been given the green light for a ground floor front extension to replace the porch at 64 Orchardlea in Swanmore.

Mr and Mrs Illis also have permission for a single storey rear extension at Barrington, Northbrook Avenue in Winchester.

The roof coverings and ridge at 16 Fordington Road will be updated following an application without an applicant listed.

Mr and Mrs Watt have permission to erect a single storey front extension, a two storey side extension, and to replace existing tile hanging to the front elevation at Woodlawns, Milnthorpe Lane, Winchester.

An applicant listed as 'Other Martine Garabette' can now build a single storey extension to reposition the main access door to Crispin Cottage, 2 Travellers End in Winchester.

Finally, Mr and Mrs Tamang have permission for a single storey front and side extension at 40 Pemerton Road.
