A MAN who broke a court order by contacting two woman has been handed a community order.
Melih Comar, 30, from a property in Gascoigne Lane, Ropley, near Alresford, emailed Charlotte Heffernan and sent a whatsapp message to Sarah Fraser, both when banned by a non-molestation order made by Winchester Family Court.
Comar, of Turk Street, Alton, admitted the charge.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 20 days and must do 100 hours unpaid work over the next 12 months.
Comar must also pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
