A CABIN that is only a stone's throw away from the New Forest has made it onto the most 'wishlisted' homes for 2021.
Airbnb has announced its top 21 most 'wishlisted' homes by Brits for 2021 - and they're all in the UK.
While foreign holidays remain some way off, self-contained accommodation such as holiday lets can reopen from April 12.
The staycation trend has revealed people are lining up to stay at Lynbrook Cabin in Blashford - less than 20 miles from Romsey.
The tiny house boasts a hot tub big enough to fit six people and is fitted with LED lights, a Bluetooth music system and jets where visitors can enjoy "uninterrupted views across the countryside", according to Airbnb.
The cabin features a large bed kitchenette, table and chairs, along with a raised deck area, and is approximately a two-mile drive from Ringwood - a market town in south-west Hampshire.
Another quirky feature exclusive to the cabin is the horsebox, which has a double shower, sink and toilet.
It is also close to the accommodation.
Adventure seekers can explore the meadow and woodland walk, along with the stream which are all accessible to guests.
The Lynbrook Cabin came 20th place on Airbnb's list, however the home that topped the chart was a luxury 'pigsty' in Winchester - stealing the top spot from last year's exotic Greek cave.
Naomi, Airbnb Superhost at “The Pigsty” said: “I list “The Pigsty” with my husband Sam, who works on the farm that has been in our family for generations. We started hosting on Airbnb in late 2019 and we’ve honestly never looked back, especially during this past year when places like ours have been in such high demand.
“We’ve created Winchester’s first luxury woodland hideaway and have had so many great reviews already.
"The most rewarding part of Hosting on Airbnb – when restrictions allow, of course – is meeting and welcoming new guests to our beautiful farm and being able to earn extra money through sharing our space.”
An Airbnb spokesperson added: “With so many of us set to staycation in the UK this year, there’s more opportunity than ever before for Brits to capitalise on increased demand and turn their homes into income engines.
“The pandemic has prompted a fundamental shift in travel and a realignment of what’s most important to us as human beings.
"As we prepare to be able to travel once again, where previously, our Most Wishlisted homes have been dominated by far-flung and exotic destinations, this year it’s all about the rural retreats to explore on domestic shores.”
