A YOUTH was found with a jar full of cannabis and balloons with nitrous oxide (NOS) cannisters, otherwise know as laughing gas, in Otterbourne.
Yesterday (Saturday) officers on patrol following reports of anti-social behaviour and thefts from motor vehicles came across a group of four youths were found loitering at the bus stop near The Otter pub.
The group were stopped by PC Fry, PC Lacey, PCSO Griffiths and PCSO Mills.
A post on Winchester Police’s Facebook page said that the group was mostly the same group dealt with a Oakwood Recreation Ground a couple of weeks ago.
“All were searched and one of the group was found in possession of a jar full of cannabis and balloons with NOS cannisters,” the post said.
“He will be invited to attend a voluntary interview at a later date. The group were directed to leave the area.”
