WINCHESTER man Matthew James Warren, 41, has been fined £50 to failing to attend appointments required by a community imposed by Basingstoke Magistrates Court in February 2019.
Warren, of Octavia Hill, Stanmore, failed to attend meetings with the probation service on February 24 and March 4 last year, magistrates in Basingstoke heard.
