FOUR people have been reported for breaching Covid-19 regulations after they were spotted spray painting a wall out a property in Eastleigh.
The group were seen in an alleyway behind Archers Road on Saturday, February 24 at around 5.40pm.
Two men in their 20s from Winchester, a woman in her 40s from Winchester and a man in his 30s from Eastleigh were reported for summons for breaching Covid-19 regulations for consideration of a fixed penalty notice.
A police spokesperson said that enquiries are ongoing into the criminal damage.
The spokesperson added: “Under the current national restrictions you should not be meeting with anyone outside of your household or support bubble, either indoors or outdoors, to limit the spread of Covid-19.”
