Drugs, thefts and carrying a knife in a public place: The cases heard at a Southampton court
AN offender was supposed to stay at home during a court-imposed night-time curfew.
Instead Christopher Taylor, 33, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, Winchester, breached the curfew to be out after dark for a total of 19 hours and nine minutes.
Taylor admitted failing to comply with a community order imposed by magistrates on December 4.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard he breached the curfew between January 14 -22.
Magistrates fined him £60 but with no victim surcharge because of his lack of means.
