NAOMI House & Jacksplace was given a helping hand to help make sure one of its flagship fundraisings could go ahead under Covid guidelines.

Serenity Hygiene donated all the sanitisation, cleaning and personal care products needed to protect participants and team members during the Clarendon Way Walk.

It also supported the reopening of the organisation’s 23 charity shops, with a range of sanitisers, lightening the load for busy volunteer teams and customers adapting to the new normal.

Whilst at Christmas it delivered practical gifts of sanitiser for resident’s families for safe visits and meet-ups.

Paul Morgan, director of fundraising and communications at Naomi House & Jacksplace, said: “The team at Serenity Hygiene supported Naomi House & Jacksplace in many ways in 2020, through providing a generous free supply of hand sanitising products.

“Arguably, our flagship fundraising event, the Clarendon Way Walk, wouldn’t have been possible without them. It is a very important event for everyone involved in the charity so we’re delighted it was able to go ahead. We’re very grateful for Serenity’s help; giving our families sanitiser gifts at Christmastime is just another example of how thoughtful they are and how willing they are to go the extra mile.”

Dan Lane, CEO and founder at Serenity Hygiene, added: “It’s not about telling the world what we’ve done and expecting a pat on the back, lots of organisations have been very generous throughout the pandemic giving PPE and other very important equipment. We want to inspire smaller businesses like us that they can still get involved with giving and help is very much still needed - there’s a part everyone can play in our recovery from this virus. We’re so proud of our involvement with Naomi House and having met the team, they deserve a world of recognition.”
