A WINCHESTER-based charity recruitment specialist service has appointed a new director.

Adam Stacey will take on the role at Charisma, which has an office in Southgate Street, having joined the business 18 months ago.

His appointment comes as part of the company's commitment to support the charity, education and non-profit sectors with executive search and recruitment for roles across an organisation.

Adam said: “Working at Charisma is an absolute privilege and it is incredibly rewarding to consult, support and partner with so many inspirational organisations and creative individuals on a daily basis.

"Over the last 18 months I have supported Jenny to develop the business in some of the most challenging of times for our sector.

Prior to joining Charisma, Adam was development director for an international welfare charity and CEO of young people’s charity based in Hampshire.
