DRINK driver Stephen Neil Sloan has been disqualified for a year.
Sloan, 63, of Lovedon Lane, Kings Worthy, admitted driving a 59-reg Renault Megane on the A34 near the village on December 5 last year.
His alcohol reading was 48 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath when the legal limit is 35.
Magistrates in Basingstoke also fined him £160 with a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
