A MAN accused of driving dangerously on the M3 will stand trial after denying the offence.
Shaun Smith appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Tuesday, February 2 where he denied a dangerous driving charge dating back to March, 2 2020.
The 45-year-old, of Malpass Road, Worthy Down, is said to have driven a Volkswagen Golf dangerously on the A303 and the M3 close to Basingstoke.
Smith will now go on trial at the same court on August 16, this year.
