A WINCHESTER man who failed to comply with the requirements of a suspended sentence is now subjected to a curfew.
Beau Butchers, one of three men who sparked a brawl at Southampton railway station in December 2017, appeared at Winchester Crown Court on Tuesday last week after his breached an order.
Following a trial at Southampton Crown Court last year Butchers, of Southgate Street, was found guilty of causing violent disorder and unlawful wounding.
He was given an 18-month prison sentence suspended for 24 months, 30 days rehabilitation, 300 hours unpaid work and a programme that aims to reduce violent behaviour.
But last Tuesday the court heard that the 20-year-old had failed to attend appointments on three occasions, September 4, 2020, January 5 and January 12, this year.
Judge Angela Morris imposed a one-month daily curfew between 11.30pm and 8am.
