Company director banned for failing to give breath test
A COMPANY director has been banned for failing to give a breath test to the police.
Mikhail Mouratov, 61, admitted failing to give a specimen of breath at Basingstoke Investigation Centre on January 13.
Mouratov, of Lower Preshaw Lane, Preshaw, near Kilmeston, was fined £120 with a £34 victim surcharge and £35 costs.
The ban will be cut by 12 weeks if he passes an approved course by August 13.
