A STOCKBRIDGE man has denied an alleged defiance of planners.
Conrad Lane, of Leckford Lane, has pleaded not guilty to breaking an enforcement notice imposed by Test Valley Borough Council on March 16 2015, by continuing to use land for storage of materials at the junction of the A30 London Road and the A3057 Leckford Lane.
The council alleges the breach started on March 16 2015 and ran until November 19 2019.
Magistrates in Basingstoke adjourned the case until March 29 2021.
