A DRUG driver has been disqualified after being caught more than three times the legal limit for cannabis.
Sean Young, 38, of Robertson Road, Alresford, was driving a 03-reg Toyota Yaris stopped by the police on April 11 on Broad Street in the town.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court heard that Young's cannabis level was 7µg/L when the legal limit is 2.
He was banned from driving for 12 months, fined £120 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
