A VILLAGER has admitted failing to help police with enquiries over an alleged traffic offence.
Samantha Jane Elliott, 42, of Upper Moors Road, Brambridge, near Colden Common, pleaded guilty to failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Southampton Magistrates Court gave her a conditional discharge for 12 months and ordered Elliott to pay a £21 victim surcharge.
Her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
