A WINCHESTER man must seek help for an alcohol problem after threatening two people.
Justin Leigh Hardaway, 44, of Hyde Gate, Hyde, admitted the threatening behaviour against Barbara Niklas and Syweaster Nicklas on July 17 .
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed a community order with an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for up to 15 days.
A restraining order was imposed banning Hardaway from contacting either person to run until November 22 2022.
He was also fined £100 and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £125 costs.
Another similar charge of threatening both Niklases were dismissed with the prosecution offering no evidence.
