A BASINGSTOKE man has been remanded on bail after pleading not guilty to assaulting a police officer.
Mason Charles Forder, of Elgar Close in Basingstoke, is accused of assaulting police officer Glenn Spierling on February 22, 2020, as the officer was working.
Forder pleaded not guilty at a hearing at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, December 3.
He has been remanded on unconditional bail under May 7, 2021 where he will appear at Aldershot Magistrates’ Court for a trial.
