A HAMPSHIRE author is donating all proceeds from her new book to charity.

Naomi House and Jacksplace will receive the money made by Jilly Stacey's first ever anthology.

The Barton Stacey writer has already sold a few copies and hopes to help fill the hole in the hospices' fundraising, cause by coronavirus.

She said: "I began writing when I was a child, aged 12. I moved here in 2009 from my home county of Lancashire.

"I have had a few published poems in previous years, and this is my first book of poetry. The book is £4.99 and all proceeds will be donated to Naomi House and Jacks Place here in Hampshire, which is a hospice for young adults and children.

"The book is available from me at the moment, and if people would like more information and details on how to buy one, I can be reached on my email address."
