Man arrested after officers could smell cannabis
A YOUNG Winchester woman who took cannabis has been banned from the road for a year.
Isabel Elford, 20, of Queens Road, was stopped by officers on St Cross Road when she was driving a 55-reg Vauxhall Corsa on March 7.
Her cannabis reading was 7.0ug/L when the legal limit is 2µg/L, making her three times the legal limit.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined her £220 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
