A WINCHESTER man refused to give a specimen of breath to the police.
Luke Marshall, 23, has now been banned from driving for 17 months.
Marshall, of Somers Close, Stanmore, committed the offence in Basingstoke on October 4. He admitted the charge.
Marshall also pleaded guilty to driving with no insurance a 56-reg Vauxhall Vectra on Somers Close on October 3.
Magistrates in Basingstoke imposed the ban and fined him £600 with a £60 victim surcharge
