Basingstoke Magistrates' Court
A WINCHESTER man who snubbed a court order is now £180 the poorer.
Morgan James Cutler, 57, of Eastgate Street, breached a community order by refusing to engage with rehabilitation activity requirement work imposed by Aldershot Magistrates Court on July 29.
He admitted the offence at Basingstoke Magistrates Court and was fined £120 with £60 costs.
