A WINCHESTER man with a flagrant disregard for the court has been jailed for three months.
Terence Richard Miller, 38, of no fixed abode, tried to contact a female on August 28 when banned by a restraining order imposed in February.
He initially denied the charge but changed his plea.
Magistrates jailed him for 12 weeks for his "flagrant disregard" for court orders.
