CAMERON Alexander McNab carried on pestering a woman after convicted of the offence.
He is now starting a 38-week prison sentence for defying the courts.
McNab, 25, of North Walls, Winchester contacted the female between August 4-7 when banned by a non-molestation order.
He denied the charge but was found guilty after a trial at Basingstoke Magistrates Court.
McNab was also convicted of offending during the period of a suspended sentence for the offence of controlling behaviour.
Magistrates jailed him for 12 weeks for the new offence and triggered the 38-week suspended sentence.
He was also ordered to pay a £112 victim surcharge.
