A VILLAGER has been banned from driving after he was caught by police in Winchester.
When on April 11 he stepped out of his 56-reg Hyundai on Chesil Street and was breath tested, Tomasz Kurowski was found to have 61 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, when the legal limit is 35.
Magistrates in Basingstoke banned Kurowski, of Shepherds Lane, Compton, from driving for 17 months and fined him £230 with a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
The ban will be cut by 17 weeks if he passes an approved driving course by August 31 2021.
