Ordered to pay £210 compensation and £85 court costs.

RACHEL MEGAHEY, 28, of Millbrook Road East, Southampton Pleaded guilty to using racially aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour. Discharged conditionally for 18 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £22 victim surcharge.

NANG HNIN NU NU KYI, 35, of Canute Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to speeding on the M23. Fined £68. Ordered to pay £32 victim surcharge.

CONNIE CARROL, 65, of St Michael's Street, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to driving when using a hand-held mobile telephone. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge.

EMIL BORISOV IVANOV, 57, of Frobisher Road, Erith, Kent. Pleaded guilty to drink driving. Community order made until December 2020. Subject to a three-month electronically monitored curfew from 7pm until 8am. Disqualified from driving for 28 months. Ordered to pay £85 court costs and £95 victim surcharge.

CLIVE POLLARD, 38, of Tennyson Road, Southampton. Pleaded guilty to two counts of assault and one of criminal damage. Community order made until March 22. Subject to a four-month electronically monitored curfew from 7pm to 10am daily. Rehabilitation activity requirement of 25 days. Restraining order made not to contact his victim directly or indirectly until September 2023. Ordered to pay £95 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

THOMAS EDWARD HUGHES, 33. of Woodlands Road, Totton. Pleaded guilty to stealing chocolates worth £90 from Tesco Express in Calmore, and stealing alcohol worth £96 from ASDA. Discharged conditionally for one year. Must pay £96 compensation. Ordered to pay £21 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
