Winchester drunk fined for being disorderly in city
WINCHESTER man Robert Francis Leonard has been fined for being drunk and disorderly in the city.
Leonard, 63, of Andover Road, admitted the offence which happened on August 8.
Magistrates in Basingstoke fined him £40 with a £34 victim surcharge and £40 costs.
