POLICE a warning to residents after a spate of break-ins in Winchester and the Meon Valley.
Officers are investigating a series of burglaries in Winchester, Bishops Waltham and Upham areas which took place on September 7.
One of the burglaries occurred at an address on Beeches Hill, Bishops Waltham, at some point between 8.30am and 2pm.
A police spokesperson said: "Were you at home on that day? Did you see or hear anything suspicious? Did you see anyone who is not from the area or any strange vehicles? Have you been approached by anyone at your home address in the last few days and you found it unusual?"
