THE M27 is has reopened this morning after roadworks left it closed over the weekend.
Both eastbound and westbound carriageways were shut between junction 9 for Whiteley and junction 11 for Fareham from 9pm on Friday, and Highways England says the work has now been completed.

A number of diversions were put in place over the weekend for motorists, who were sent over the A27.
