Man charged with drink driving after BMW allegedly failed to stop for police
A MAN has been charged with drink driving after allegedly failing to stop for police.
James Nicholas Bragg, 37, of Wheatears Drive, West Wellow, has been charged with drink driving and driving without insurance following the incident, which happened on Sunday, August 16.
Police said a car failed to stop for police, and a red BMW 325 CI was seized.
Bragg has been bailed and is due to appear at Southampton Magistrates' Court on October 20.
