In the Dock: Disqualified driver fined for being behind the wheel while banned
A DISQUALIFIED driver has been fined for getting behind the wheel while banned from doing so.
Harrison James Foster, 20, of Thistle Road, Chandler's Ford. Pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance.
Magistrates in Southampton disqualified him for 12 months. Foster was also fined £200 and ordered to pay £85 victim surcharge, along with £50 court costs.
