CAN you give these cats a home?

These cats are currently residents at the Blue Cross rehoming centre in West End, near Southampton.

Daily Echo:

One-year-old Cleo has been waiting for more than 190 days for her perfect match. The team at the centre say that she is a “very sweet girl who loves to play”. Cleo has been spending a lot of time at her foster home and has proven to be a loving and affectionate cat, often sitting with her foster carer for hours at a time.

Cleo came into the care of Blue Cross after she got into a road traffic accident and her owners sadly could not afford her treatment. Broken bones and confidence now repaired; Cleo would love to find a loving new family to spend her days with.

Daily Echo:

Alfie is a three-year-old cat with a big personality. He’s a very confident boy and loves nothing more than being the centre of attention. Alfie came into the care of the centre as his former owner’s son was very allergic to Alfie. Alfie loves a bit of fuss, but on his own terms so needs understanding owners who’ll take time to learn his body language to know when he’s happy for fuss.

Daily Echo:

Stanley, a 10-year-old cat, is looking for a home with no other pets. Stanley prefers the company of human friends and can be worried by other cats so would need a home where not many cats are around or venture into his garden. Stanely loves to sit on the laps of his familiar friends and even like a bit of grooming now and then. Stanley would make a wonderful companion.
